BUSHRUNH – TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

Welcome to Bushrunh. These Terms & Conditions govern all online purchases made through our website and apply to both domestic and cross-border customers in South Africa, Namibia and Botswana. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. ABOUT BUSHRUNH

Our products include imported accessory gear and bespoke made-to-measure rifle bags manufactured locally.

2. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

All orders placed through our website constitute an offer to purchase. Bushrunh reserves the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. Orders are only confirmed once payment is received.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. Payment may be made via accepted payment gateways at checkout. Bushrunh does not store payment card details. Pricing may change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

4. CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Custom rifle bags are made-to-measure items manufactured specifically for your rifle based on the tracing template received. Due to the bespoke nature of the product, custom rifle bags are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has begun.

5. DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Bushrunh ships to South Africa, Namibia and Botswana via registered courier. Delivery timeframes vary based on destination and product type. Custom rifle bags have additional lead time due to manufacturing.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or cross-border clearance. Bushrunh is not liable for delays outside our control.

6. WARRANTY

Standard products are covered by a manufacturer defect warranty. Custom rifle bags carry a craftsmanship warranty covering stitching, leather workmanship and hardware. Normal wear, misuse, improper care or transportation damage is not covered.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, customers are entitled to return defective goods within six (6) months of delivery for repair, replacement or refund.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Standard catalogue products may be returned within 14 days of delivery subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refund Policy. Custom rifle bags are non-returnable except where a workmanship defect applies under warranty.

8. LIABILITY

Bushrunh is not responsible for loss or damage arising from misuse, modification, improper installation or any third-party alterations of the product. Hunting equipment should be used responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and safety protocols.

Products are designed for outdoor use, but normal wear, field use, environmental exposure or damage resulting from regular outdoor activities or field use does not constitute a product defect.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Bushrunh website including product designs, images, branding, logos, text and materials remain the intellectual property of Bushrunh and may not be reproduced, copied or distributed without written permission.

10. PRIVACY & DATA

All personal data collected during checkout or account creation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and POPIA compliance requirements.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
