BUSHRUNH – SHIPPING & FULFILMENT POLICY

1. SHIPPING REGIONS
Bushrunh ships to:
• South Africa
• Namibia
• Botswana
Cross-border shipments may require additional customs clearance time.
2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Standard catalogue products ship within:
→ 1–3 business days
Custom rifle bags ship within:
→ ±14 business days from receipt of tracing
3. COURIER SERVICES
All orders are shipped via registered courier. No P.O. Box deliveries. Tracking information is provided via email or SMS.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. For cross-border shipments, any customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges imposed by the destination country remain the responsibility of the Customer.
5. RISK & DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Ownership transfers to the customer upon delivery. If packages arrive damaged, notify us within 48 hours for courier claim processing.
6. TRACING KIT LOGISTICS (CUSTOM RIFLE BAGS)
The tracing kit courier delivery and collection are included in the purchase price of the rifle bag.
7. FAILED DELIVERY
If a courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address or no availability, additional delivery fees may apply.
