Return Policy
BUSHRUNH – RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Last Updated: July 2025
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how returns, refunds and exchanges apply to online orders.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Standard catalogue products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided that the item is:
• Unused
• In original condition
• In original packaging
• Free of dirt, wear or field use
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for return:
• Custom rifle bags (made-to-measure)
• Gift cards or vouchers
• Used or field-worn items
• Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., thermal apparel) unless defective
3. DEFECTIVE & WARRANTY RETURNS
If a product is defective or covered under warranty, Bushrunh will arrange and cover the return courier and provide either:
• Replacement, or
• Repair, or
• Refund
at our discretion.
4. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
If you change your mind or order the incorrect item, you may return the product within 14 days at your own courier cost.
5. REFUND PROCESSING
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once goods are inspected and approved. Processing timeframes may vary based on payment gateway and bank settlement cycles.
6. CUSTOM RIFLE BAG POLICY
Custom rifle bags are made-to-measure and therefore:
• Non-returnable
• Non-refundable after production begins
• Covered under a craftsmanship warranty for stitching, leather and hardware
